Our physiotherapists offer a multifaceted approach to all conditions. They strive to offer the most up to date and evidence informed treatment techniques and patient education. A physiotherapy session will always include a comprehensive review of your health history, current symptom presentation, education regarding relevant anatomy and mechanisms of injury as well as healing timelines. These sessions will also include manual therapy, including needling techniques, soft tissue release, joint mobilizations and much more along with individualized home exercise prescriptions.

Dietetics
Our Registered Dietitian, Lisa Gauthier, provides holistic, individualized, and science-backed nutrition counselling for the whole family. Lisa provides an initial assessment which covers your health history, eating and nutrition, goals of care, and more. In follow-up visits, Lisa will provide ongoing education, resources, and monitor the nutrition care plan.
Mental Health Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy (OT) is a profession that helps people understand, process and strategize on how the activities and roles they engage in (“occupations”) interact with their overall well-being. OT utilizes a holistic lens, considering the mental, emotional, physical, cognitive, neurological, spiritual, social and environmental components of each person. Our occupational therapist is also a certified trauma professional who is skilled in various psychotherapy modalities, helping clients to navigate issues stemming from anxiety, depression, PTSD and Complex PTSD, neurodiversity, concussion, chronic pain, and beyond.
