Mental Health Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy (OT) is a profession that helps people understand, process and strategize on how the activities and roles they engage in (“occupations”) interact with their overall well-being. OT utilizes a holistic lens, considering the mental, emotional, physical, cognitive, neurological, spiritual, social and environmental components of each person. Our occupational therapist is also a certified trauma professional who is skilled in various psychotherapy modalities, helping clients to navigate issues stemming from anxiety, depression, PTSD and Complex PTSD, neurodiversity, concussion, chronic pain, and beyond.
